Founded in 1996, SHOCK WAVE is a provider of speakers, headphones, earphones, and gaming musical chairs. With 16 years of experience, we are a renowned brand in the professional audio industry. We can independently develop two new products monthly, and we can also design new products according to customer requirement, taking around three weeks for a new product. For this we employ 30 engineers with 10 years of experience. They can use English to directly communicate with clients. Their talents allowed us to receive the China Innovative Design Award 2010 (Kapok prize), awarded by the China Industrial Design Association.
R&D, soldering and plastic, painting and silk-printing, wooden cabinet production, electronics fitting, and amplifier production are all completed in-house at our 15,000-square-meter factory. There, we employ 500 staff to man 22 automatic production lines with a monthly production capacity of 40,000 to 50,000 speakers, with 40% for export.
Our 40 QC personnel have three years of experience and are allocated to three for each production line to ensure CE, FCC, RoHS, and ISO 9001:2000 approvals. They maintain a return rate less than 1 percent and provide a guarantee period of one year.
We began exporting in 2002. We have sales agents in the US, Iran and Vietnam, and our main export markets are Africa, Asia, the Americas, and East Europe. Our 10 foreign trade salespersons with five years of experience are proficient in English and capable of speaking Japanese and Spanish. Our MOQs are 200 gaming musical chairs, 1,000 2.1ch multimedia speakers, 3,000 2.0ch multimedia speakers, and 1,000 wired headphones. Delivery time is 30 to 45 days.
